Retail Banking Relationship Advisor

Build lasting client relationships through retail banking advice, lending knowledge, and referrals at ATB Financial’s Picture Butte branch. Occasional neighbouring-branch travel may occur.
As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will understand varied client needs and match people with suitable financial products. Your work will support personal and business clients through registered and non-registered investments, credit cards, savings, and less complex lending. You will collaborate across ATB while maintaining experience standards, cultural sensitivity, and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
Deepen client connections through tailored, personalized advice
Recommend products supporting short-term and long-term goals
Elevate complex needs to senior team members
Represent ATB through community involvement and market presence
Protect client information and follow regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Strong experience developing client relationships and experiences
Relevant retail banking experience from one to three years
Lending products experience is considered an asset
Curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement
Finance, business, or relevant post-secondary education
