Hotel Executive Housekeeping Manager

Lead hotel cleanliness standards through housekeeping leadership, inspections, and team coordination in a demanding hospitality environment. Report directly to the General Manager.
The Executive Housekeeper manages daily Housekeeping Department operations for guest rooms and public areas. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, decisiveness, time management, and organizational skills. You will supervise employees, coordinate schedules, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Housekeeping Department operations
Inspect guest rooms and public areas
Supervise housekeeping employees and service standards
Schedule room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
Order supplies and complete monthly linen inventories
Requirements:
Minimum three years of housekeeping experience
Minimum two years of direct hotel supervision
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Knowledge of computers, health, and safety standards
Knowledge of laundry operations and time management
Bring decisive housekeeping leadership, operational organization, and inspection expertise to support guest cleanliness across hotel rooms and public spaces.
