Ndinawe is preparing to open a new location and seeks a full-time coordinator reporting to the Site Manager. You will foster belonging, address housing concerns, connect Relatives with resources, and respect privacy and self-determination. Hours may include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

Help Relatives manage homes and daily responsibilities
Resolve concerns and develop housing stability strategies
Foster inclusive, respectful community connection
Connect Relatives with cultural and community resources
Coordinate services with programs and community partners
Requirements:

Relevant social services, housing, or community education preferred
Experience in supportive housing or community-based settings
Strengths-based approach promoting independence and self-determination
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Basic Microsoft Office, email, and electronic documentation skills
Use relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and housing knowledge to help create a safe, supportive home for Relatives at Endaaying.
