As a Print & Services Supervisor, you lead teams across print and customer service areas. You supervise production, coach selling models, and assist customers with solutions, products, and services. You also support store programs and training as a keyholder and leader on duty.
Key Responsibilities:

Model and coach the store selling model
Supervise print production and customer-facing interactions
Execute and communicate flyer and promotional items
Lead cash and print areas toward goals
Conduct associate training and encourage continuous development
Requirements:

Three or more years of retail customer service experience
Prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred
One to two years in print communications
Working knowledge of graphic design principles
Computer and printing equipment technical acumen
