As Branch Manager, you will lead the Raymore location while reporting to the Assistant General Manager and Corporate Sales Manager. The position oversees leadership, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Success requires sales experience, agricultural equipment knowledge, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, counsel, and training to department managers
Directly manage the branch wholegoods and sales department
Monitor inventory turns, gross margins, sales mix, and market share
Drive branch performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Promote safety and ensure Saskatchewan legislation compliance
Requirements:
Previous management experience is required
Previous sales experience and agricultural equipment knowledge
Knowledge of agricultural practices
Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team building skills
Strong organizational and precise communication skills
