Water Damage Restoration Technician

Restore homes and businesses after water damage using demolition, drying equipment, and emergency mitigation skills at On Side. Rotating after-hours on-call coverage is required.
As a Water Damage Technician, you will help return affected spaces to their pre-disaster state. You will remove damaged materials, monitor drying equipment, and complete restoration work. Empathy, urgency, mechanical aptitude, and careful housekeeping support customers during stressful events.
Key Responsibilities:

Demolish affected structures and materials carefully
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Clean areas impacted by water disasters
Complete restoration tasks
Support emergency mitigation efforts as needed
Requirements:

Minimum two years’ water damage technician experience
Demolition experience with strong housekeeping practices
Physical fitness for lifting and tight spaces
Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
English communication and criminal record check eligibility
