United Services Group seeks an Operations Manager for a permanent, full-time territory role. Manage client relationships, subcontractors, service quality, budgets, and operational performance across multiple sites. The position supports retention, profitability, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple client sites
Conduct site visits, meetings, and performance reviews
Resolve concerns, escalations, and operational issues
Coordinate subcontractors and service quality improvements
Monitor profitability, budgets, labour costs, and inventory
Requirements:

Relevant operations or multi-site management experience
Facility services or similar service-based experience
Client relationship management and problem-solving experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's licence and frequent travel availability
