Build Personal insurance growth at Axis Insurance Managers Inc. through relationship-driven sales, client service, and commercial lead management. Work across clients, insurers, and underwriting relationships.
As an Account Executive VIP, you will grow and manage a Personal insurance book of business. The work combines marketing strategy, sales pipeline management, quoting, binding, cross-selling, client reviews, and insurer relationship development. You will also prepare business plans and pursue revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies for Personal insurance growth
Manage leads through the Commercial Production sales pipeline
Quote, bind, and cross-sell additional coverage
Conduct client reviews and identify prospecting opportunities
Develop insurer relationships supporting pricing and claims handling
Requirements:

Minimum five years of Personal insurance experience
General Insurance Agent Level 2 license or equivalent
Ability to obtain a British Columbia license
CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designation considered an asset
EPIC or Sales CRM experience considered an asset
