Bring C130J Hercules experience and aircraft systems knowledge to post-sales technical support for the RCAF fleet at 8 Wing Trenton. Customer service remains central.
As an Aviation Field Service Representative, you will act as an on-site representative for the customer’s organization. The assignment supports the RCAF CC130J Hercules Fleet and Lockheed Martin’s Contractor Field Office. Responsibilities include technical analysis, troubleshooting, product briefings, training, and coordinated solutions across propulsion, hydraulics, pneumatics, and flight controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical analysis of implementations, modifications, and enhancements
Troubleshoot technical problems against product and customer specifications
Conduct technical training and product briefings for stakeholders
Support trial kits, testing, evaluations, and field modifications
Review engineering changes, service bulletins, and modification packages
Requirements:
Five years of professional and technical C130 Hercules experience
Preferred C130J Hercules Aviation type course or equivalent experience
Detailed knowledge of aircraft systems and corrosion control techniques
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work on-site, off-site, and travel
Use C130J knowledge, technical analysis, training, and customer-focused communication to support aircraft operations and maintenance.
