Sephora Loss Prevention Specialist Toronto

Protect Sephora’s Bloor Street store through sales-floor surveillance, CCTV monitoring, and professional client service in Toronto. This is a full-time position.
As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets against theft and help maintain operational controls that reduce shortage. The work includes apprehensions, investigations, reporting, training, audits, and inventory support. You will collaborate with store Leadership, the District Loss Prevention Manager, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance to deter external theft
Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
Follow laws and Sephora policies during apprehensions
Train employees on store loss prevention awareness
Complete audits, safety inspections, and inventory preparation
Requirements:
One year of retail asset protection or loss prevention experience
High school graduation or equivalent
Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure while coaching loss prevention techniques
Flexible availability, licensing, and capacity to lift 50 pounds
Bring retail loss prevention experience, sound judgment, and communication skills to protect Sephora assets on Bloor Street.
