Full Time Department Supervisor

Lead associates and guide customers toward project solutions as a full time Department Supervisor with The Home Depot.
This Department Supervisor position provides leadership through coaching, training, motivation, and inspiration. You will support associate development, customer service, merchandising, product knowledge, and sales results. The role works with Store Management, Operations teams, and external partners to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead associates in delivering exceptional customer service and sales
Ensure department staffing levels meet business needs
Manage performance through development, feedback, rewards, and recognition
Review reports and recommend inventory improvements
Communicate promotions through rallies and department meetings
Requirements:

One to two years supervising or leading teams
Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and decision-making abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Bring leadership, customer service, merchandising, and problem-solving skills to support associates and customers at The Home Depot.
