This Service Porter role supports Volvo Cars Villa’s service department within a luxury automobile dealership network. You will move vehicles, greet customers, maintain service areas, and assist advisors or technicians. The position requires detail, communication, and efficient task management.
Key Responsibilities:

Move and park vehicles safely throughout dealership areas
Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles as requested
Greet customers promptly in the service drive
Maintain clean, organized service and waiting areas
Assist with vehicle washing and detailing as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Strong attention to detail and task accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Support Volvo Cars Villa customers through safe vehicle movement, attentive service, and organized dealership operations every day.
