Use carpentry and drywall skills as a Service Technician with Warman Homes, travelling Monday to Thursday for RTM warranty work.
Warman Homes seeks an experienced Service Technician for its skilled service team. You will support recently built Ready-to-Move homes through year-end warranty checks and service work. The work includes carpentry, renovation, finishing, repair tasks, and homeowner communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to out-of-town RTM locations Monday through Thursday
Complete year-end warranty checks and service work
Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks
Complete drywall taping and mudding accurately
Document warranty repairs and maintain company equipment
Requirements:
Previous carpentry and renovation experience required
Confidence completing drywall taping and mudding
Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Dependable, self-motivated, honest, and hardworking approach
