Represent GardaWorld as a Security Guard Supervisor in Fredericton, leading guards and supporting reliable security operations. Build trust through communication, collaboration, and professional oversight.
This permanent Monday-to-Friday position supervises on-site personnel and helps ensure site-specific procedures, protocols, and instructions are followed. You will communicate with clients, management, and team members while supporting training, onboarding, and compliance. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure guards follow site procedures and security protocols
Monitor staff performance through inspections and daily oversight
Communicate with clients and management about concerns
Support staff training, onboarding, and compliance
Escalate concerns during incidents and emergencies
Requirements:
Three to five years of security supervision or management
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Valid provincial security licence and driver's licence
Clean Criminal Record, Vulnerable Sector, and Driver's checks
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Use leadership, communication, and sound judgment to represent GardaWorld and maintain security standards for clients in Fredericton.
