Serve BMO customers at 291 Spadina Avenue through personal banking advice, needs-based conversations, and exceptional branch service. Help customers navigate everyday banking and credit card needs.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions in customers’ best interests. You will collaborate with BMO partners, guide customers toward digital channels, and support branch business results. The position includes transaction execution, referrals, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects
Review profiles and identify banking and credit card opportunities
Recommend personal banking, investment, and digital solutions
Collaborate with partners to create referral opportunities
Support transactions, applications, inventory, and branch activities
Requirements:
Typically one to two years of relevant experience
Consultative customer service or sales experience
Investment product registration completed or in progress
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills
