Advise corporations and financial institutions on corporate, M&A, and securities matters with Norton Rose Fulbright in Montréal. Use commercial awareness and bilingual legal communication.
The Montréal office seeks an associate for its Corporate, M&A and Securities team. Lawyers advise across public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, disposals, capital markets, governance, and corporate matters. The practice handles domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise corporations and financial institutions across industry matters
Support public takeovers and private M&A transactions
Handle joint ventures, disposals, and corporate advisory matters
Advise issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and selling shareholders
Coordinate transactions across key business and financial markets
Requirements:
Three to six years of similar experience
Strong organizational abilities and initiative
Commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills
Excellent team player with attention to detail
Excellent spoken and written English and French
