Materials Coordinator Shipping Receiving

Coordinate site materials, shipments, and inventory at CNRL Horizon while applying shipping, receiving, and industrial materials knowledge. Work a 7/7 compressed shift.
Primoris Canada seeks a Materials Coordinator for maintenance activities at CNRL Horizon. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, answer materials questions, and support documentation. The work requires experience in shipping, receiving, or stores, plus familiarity with industrial materials and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise material offloading from carriers
Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, overages, and compliance
Document receiving inspections under QA and HSE programs
Organize receiving and vendor documentation
Prepare materials for shipment and update databases
Requirements:
Three years in shipping, receiving, or stores
Eight years in heavy industrial manufacturing or petrochemical industry
Superior knowledge of pipe, fittings, and valves
Experience with Bagging and Tagging or Kitting
Computer skills and formal QA program experience
