This new customer-facing position strengthens service support for Erie Mutual’s Sales team and personalized member experience. You will explain Home, Auto, Commercial, and Farm Insurance coverage, assist with day-to-day policy needs, and recommend suitable options. Collaboration, organization, and empathy are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and create a professional office experience
Review information and recommend appropriate coverage options
Identify suitable opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
Collaborate with departments and external partners on service requests
Guide members through initial claims-related next steps
Requirements:
Valid Other-Than-Life or RIBO license
Three or more years managing personal lines accounts or service
Friendly, pleasant demeanor with strong communication abilities
Experience defusing high-tension situations
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Bring licensed insurance knowledge, relationship-building ability, and empathy to Erie Mutual’s member service team in Dunnville.
