Lead HVAC-R sheet metal production across New Brunswick while coordinating fabrication, installation, crews, and project-based travel. Full-time hourly work includes supervision and technical planning.
This Sheet Metal Site Supervisor role requires Red Seal Sheet Metal Worker experience and supervisory capability. You will direct daily production, interpret drawings, coordinate trades, and support commercial HVAC-R projects. Work includes fabrication, installation, quality inspections, documentation, and some project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily sheet metal production and installation
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate workers and apprentices
Assign tasks according to skill levels and trade coordination
Interpret drawings and conduct regular quality inspections
Enforce safety regulations, policies, and building codes
Requirements:

Five to ten years with Red Seal endorsement
Supervisory experience in sheet metal work
Sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
Valid Class 5 license with good abstract
Availability for weekly Maritime travel and eight to ten-hour shifts
Apply sheet metal supervision, fabrication, drawing interpretation, and installation expertise across commercial HVAC-R projects in New Brunswick.
