This Parts Advisor works within a busy dealership handling substantial vehicle sales and approximately 130 daily service appointments. You will assist technicians, service advisors, and customers while ordering, quoting, sourcing, and receiving parts. Organization, accuracy, and multitasking are central.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs
Order, quote, and source automotive parts
Manage inventory and receiving processes
Keep repair orders moving efficiently
Work with service and sales teams throughout the day
Requirements:
Knowledge of automotive parts
Confident communication with technicians and customers
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Understanding of inventory organization and ordering processes
Dealership or aftermarket parts experience strongly preferred
