Ticketmaster Archtics Systems Manager
Northern Super League
Lead Ticketmaster Archtics administration for every Northern Super League club, managing events, inventory, and on-sales in a remote-first organization.
This Manager, Ticketing Operations role supports the league’s centralized ticketing function and club sales teams. You will configure systems, maintain clean data, answer operational requests, and help each club use consistent procedures across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Archtics, TM1, Host, AccountManager, and TicketExchange
Scale venues and maintain season manifests across clubs
Execute promo codes and promotional campaigns
Resolve club ticketing questions and CRM issues
Maintain guides and support the annual ticketing calendar
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant ticketing operations experience
Experience building events and scaling venues
Experience running ticketing pre-sales and on-sales
CRM support experience within a sales environment
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
