QC Analyst Manufacturing Laboratory

Use laboratory testing, GMP documentation, and material verification skills as a QC Technician with KDC/ONE in Knowlton.
Under the QC Supervisor, this technician analyzes incoming materials and samples for drug and non-drug products. Testing follows specifications, standard methods, procedures, FIFO principles, and operational priorities. The fixed-term maternity leave replacement works an 84-hour schedule over each 2-week cycle using the 3-2-2-3 pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
Test materials according to incoming priorities and operational requirements
Verify and approve materials when authorized
Prioritize testing based on material flow
Create raw material Certificates of Analysis when requested
Authorize raw material code transfers
Requirements:
Science College Diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing production
Basic computer proficiency
French and English bilingualism
Accurate color distinction and good sensory acuity
Bring analytical accuracy, bilingual communication, and manufacturing experience to KDC/ONE’s material testing and quality control laboratory.
