Associate Accountant North America Accounting

Build accounting expertise with Corby and Hiram Walker through reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and flexible hybrid work in Canada.
As an early-career Associate Accountant, you will support North America Accounting operations within Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. Your work will include transactional accounting, intercompany processes, reporting, compliance, and technical development. You will partner with colleagues across the business while pursuing professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly close for statutory and management general ledgers
Complete intercompany and balance sheet account reconciliations
Record billings, purchases, and inventory accounting transactions
Prepare reporting packages for Pernod Ricard
Investigate invoice discrepancies and support tax filings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
One to three years of similar accounting experience
Interest in pursuing Canadian CPA designation
Knowledge of accounting processes, controls, and IFRS principles
Microsoft Office proficiency; JD Edwards experience is an asset
