Chemical Regulatory Compliance Specialist
CES Energy Solutions Corp.
Support chemical regulatory compliance at CES Energy Solutions through SDS authoring, product label management, and technical interpretation across Canadian operations.
This HSE team position supports the SDS authoring management system and broader HSE program areas. Reporting to the HSE Manager, Regulatory Affairs, you will review chemical documentation and maintain online SDS Binders. You will also communicate with regulatory agencies and interpret technical procedures, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Author and review SDS for chemicals and divisions
Maintain online SDS management records and binders
Manage product labels for regulatory compliance
Communicate with applicable regulatory agencies
Support other assigned HSE program duties
Requirements:
Experience authoring safety data sheets
Knowledge of product safety and hazard communication
WHMIS, GHS, and Transport Canada regulatory expertise
DOT and OSHA regulatory familiarity
Strong technical analysis and interpretation abilities
Use regulatory knowledge, strong organization, and clear communication to support CES Energy Solutions’ chemical safety documentation.
