This full-time, permanent HVAC Refrigeration Technician role serves Mafna’s custom-built air handling and refrigeration equipment. You will install, assemble, service, and test systems while collaborating with engineering and production teams. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, technical drawing skills, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and service HVAC refrigeration systems
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Diagnose systems and perform preventative maintenance
Handle refrigerants under environmental and safety regulations
Maintain detailed service and repair records
Requirements:
Minimum five years’ HVAC or refrigeration installation experience
HVAC certification or 313A trade license asset
Understand refrigeration cycles, components, and troubleshooting
Read engineering drawings and schematics
Valid driver’s license and job-site travel availability
Bring refrigeration diagnostics, system installation, and technical drawing skills to Mafna’s Cambridge equipment manufacturing operations.
