Residential Property Manager Operations

Manage residential properties onsite using lease administration, maintenance coordination, and strong client communication skills. This position requires physical-location work without remote options.
As a Residential Property Manager, you will oversee apartment, condominium, low-rise, commercial, and strip mall properties. The position requires two to less than three years of experience, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You will supervise rental agents, building superintendents, and support staff while maintaining property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
Ensure lease agreement terms are met
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation implementation
Monitor work progress and costs for property owners
Prepare property service contracts and financial reports
Requirements:
Two to less than three years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Windows
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
Bondable with required security and credit checks
