Director of Product Strategy CXM Flex

Shape Quadient CXM Flex strategy through product leadership, enterprise platforms, and cloud migration in a hybrid work model.
The Director of Product and Strategy, CXM Flex owns the roadmap and outcomes for Quadient’s on-premise, self-hosted, and managed service Inspire portfolio. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this leader stewards mature enterprise software while modernizing deployment, APIs, identity, observability, and AI integration. The role partners with R&D, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define long-term vision for the customer-hosted Inspire portfolio
Balance install-base investment, modernization, and CXM SaaS migration
Translate security, sovereignty, and compliance needs into capabilities
Lead product management across compliance, composition, delivery, and administration
Own portfolio P&L and financial outcomes
Requirements:
12-15+ years product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
At least seven years leading product managers
Deep CCM, CXM, content, or document composition expertise
Experience managing mature on-premise platform lifecycles
Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, identity, and deployment topologies
Lead CXM Flex product strategy, platform modernization, and migration while protecting enterprise customer outcomes at Quadient.
