Senior Construction Project Manager CCDC
Broccolini Construction Inc.
Administer CCDC contracts and lead design coordination for Broccolini’s major institutional project under a fast-track Development Agreement. English fluency is required.
This Senior Project Manager role centers on contractual control, formal documentation, and construction-oriented project leadership. You will manage the prime consultant and multidisciplinary design team through design and construction documents. The position also connects Broccolini’s development and construction teams with the client and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the contract according to its written requirements
Document decisions, deliverables, correspondence, and audit trails
Lead scope, schedule, design quality, and change-order processes
Coordinate reviewed communication across development and construction teams
Deliver status reporting on schedule, budget, and design progress
Requirements:
15–20+ years in real estate or construction management
Experience with institutional clients and projects exceeding $300M
Deep knowledge of CCDC contracts and change-order mechanics
Architect and multidisciplinary consultant management experience
Technical MEP fluency or specialist-partnering comfort
Bring CCDC expertise, design-team management, change-order knowledge, and precise reporting to Broccolini’s institutional construction leadership.
