As Head of Product, you will own personal banking across money management, banking, savings, investments, money movement, and future lending. You will lead product managers while owning growth, engagement, metrics, and business performance. This work requires consumer product judgment, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, support, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Set personal banking strategy, metrics, and customer propositions
Drive growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
Improve product craft, including copy, latency, and empty states
Apply AI where it meaningfully improves customer experiences
Build and lead a high-performing product management organization
Requirements:

10+ years building consumer products
5+ years leading product managers
Experience owning product growth and economics
Experience shipping AI-led products to consumers
Sound judgment in regulated environments
Lead Mercury’s personal banking strategy with consumer product judgment, AI experience, growth ownership, and disciplined organizational leadership.
