As a full-time Admissions Advisor at the Surrey campus, you will support domestic and international students while pursuing enrolment objectives. The position combines admissions advising, outbound calls, relationship building, and sales techniques. You will address concerns, monitor pipelines, and report performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage leads and conduct outbound calls consistently
Convert inquiries into successful student enrolments
Build relationships and address prospective-student concerns
Apply sales and negotiation techniques effectively

Requirements:

Proven sales skills and target-achievement record
Two to four years admissions and sales experience
Experience supporting domestic and international student admissions
Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach
