As Store Manager for Bumper to Bumper, you will oversee profitability, productivity, efficiency, and customer service. The position requires business acumen, previous store management experience, and comfort reviewing P&L information and reports. You will also coordinate staffing, inventory, marketing support, facility operations, and compliance while developing local market relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan resources, budgets, efficiencies, and store execution
Manage P&L, sales growth, and performance objectives
Develop customer relationships and address complaints
Control inventory, payroll, staffing, and facility operations
Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
Requirements:
Previous Store Management experience
Automotive aftermarket parts industry experience
General business acumen, including P&Ls and reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license
