Job Description:
Manage Dynatrace monitoring and observability operations.
Configure, analyze, and optimize alerts.
Design and maintain dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
Develop SOPs and incident-response runbooks.
Support APM and deep-monitoring implementation.
Collaborate with development, platform, and operations teams.
Possess working knowledge of GCP monitoring and cloud observability.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
