Lead Sun Life district growth through recruiting, sales planning, and advisor coaching in a hybrid environment serving Clients and Canadians.
As District Manager, you will lead productivity, business results, and Client experience across the District. You will recruit talent, develop advisors and leaders, and collaborate with the Regional Vice President and regional team. The role covers Wealth and Insurance growth, financial planning, governance, and advisor productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute recruiting and sales power growth plans
Source candidates through community and referral contacts
Coach advisors and District Leadership team members
Monitor targets and adjust activities as required
Oversee Financial Centre operations and expenses
Requirements:

University degree and five years progressively responsible experience
Valid life insurance agent's license
Valid mutual fund license
Branch Manager's Course Examination completion
Strong sales, coaching, and business planning skills
Bring financial services leadership, regulatory knowledge, and sales development expertise to Sun Life’s District team.
