Lead resource planning and forecasting for MNP’s professional teams as a Manager, optimizing allocations and anticipating capacity constraints. Support a flexible travel requirement.
As a Resource Management Manager, you will advise Partners and RMP on staff placement and business needs. You will monitor utilization, analyze data, and develop workload-balancing plans. The position also requires workflow management technology expertise, strong judgment, and collaboration with Human Capital.

Plan and oversee professional staff allocation against business goals
Monitor schedules, utilization reports, and staff leverage
Match career goals and strengths with effective placements
Develop workload-balancing and career-path action plans
Share Resource Management practices and improve processes
Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant work experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Strong Resource Management, forecasting, and strategic planning knowledge
Advanced data analysis, Excel, and data storytelling proficiency
Communication, negotiation, influence, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Bring strategic planning, utilization analysis, and trusted advisory skills to strengthen resource deployment across MNP’s professional services teams.
