Senior Identity Access Migration Lead

Drive complex identity and access transitions using migration planning and technical discovery for Systematix’s global life sciences and technology partner.
This senior project management assignment focuses on moving users, applications, identities, permissions, infrastructure, and services toward future-state access models. You will independently lead cross-functional workstreams within an established enterprise project management framework. Success requires coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and distributed operating groups from assessment through operational transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and assessment across identity environments and user populations
Define migration scope, requirements, approaches, and technical dependencies
Coordinate authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration assessments
Facilitate technical planning, stakeholder decisions, and readiness activities
Ensure migrated services transition successfully to operational teams
Requirements:
Demonstrated identity migration or access transformation leadership
Strong enterprise identity and access concepts knowledge
Experience with technical discovery, application assessment, and requirements gathering
Understanding of applications, infrastructure, networking, and service delivery
Ability to drive complex issues independently through resolution
Use identity migration expertise, structured discovery, and stakeholder influence to deliver secure, coordinated transitions across enterprise environments.
