Manufacturing Project Manager
EM Dynamics
Manufacturing project management at EM Dynamics demands schedule control, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination. This full-time on-site role includes production-floor work.
As a Project Manager reporting to the Program Manager, you will execute and coordinate assigned customer orders and projects. You will work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance. Your focus includes keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from quoting through production and delivery
Provide customers accurate updates on timelines, issues, and deliverables
Build Gantt charts and schedules across manufacturing stages
Coordinate departmental priorities and resolve production bottlenecks
Monitor schedule, cost, risk, issues, and project documentation
Requirements:
Three to five years project management experience in manufacturing
Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and routers
Experience managing Gantt charts using MS Project or similar
Excel proficiency and comfort with ERP or MRP systems
Bring manufacturing project management, scheduling, customer communication, and technical drawing skills to EM Dynamics’ growing Program Management team.
