Senior Growth Product Manager Onboarding

Own user onboarding and activation as a Senior Growth Product Manager in San Francisco or Toronto, with hybrid Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite.
This hands-on product leader owns the first 30 days of the customer journey. You will manage PLG, onboarding, activation, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion. The work requires A/B testing, funnel experimentation, and cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the PLG funnel from signup through paid conversion
Improve conversion through A/B testing and funnel experimentation
Optimize onboarding for different customer segments
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing
Create personalized onboarding experiences using AI
Requirements:
8+ years of Product Management experience
4–5+ years focused on Growth Product
Experience owning complex multi-user onboarding funnels
Strong PLG, activation, and conversion experience
Hands-on Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, or similar experience
Bring growth product leadership, onboarding expertise, and experimentation skills to improve activation and paid conversion across customer journeys.
