Senior Property Management Advisor

Senior property management expertise drives fire prevention, building safety, and complex strategic initiatives at Desjardins. French and intermediate English are required.
As a senior advisor, you guide build-outs, lease management, and building safety policies. You lead complex development projects requiring extensive specialty knowledge, comprehensive analysis, and coordination across fields. You serve as a subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for decision-making bodies.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
Analyze major issues and recommend solutions to decision-making bodies
Negotiate, prepare, and draft complex high-value leases
Develop policies, standards, models, and supporting programs
Monitor major project budgets and schedules closely
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English is required
Related qualifications and experience combinations may be considered
