Lead revenue planning and forecasting at Benevity through advanced financial modeling, commission design, and trusted go-to-market reporting. This role uses a flexible hybrid approach.
As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will connect FP&A with Revenue Operations across Benevity’s go-to-market organization. You will set bookings, ARR, and revenue targets while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance. The position turns pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion data into executive decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Own revenue targets, quotas, and territory capacity planning
Lead company-wide revenue forecasting with GTM Operations
Build scenario analyses and connected financial models
Develop executive dashboards and standardized revenue reporting
Design and oversee sales commission plans and controls
Requirements:

8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance
3+ years leading people, preferably in SaaS or fintech
Experience administering incentives through CaptivateIQ or Xactly
Advanced modeling with planning software and NetSuite
Strong Salesforce, Tableau, communication, and coaching skills
Bring revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and go-to-market leadership to Benevity’s connected FP&A and Revenue Operations team.
