As Senior Industrial Engineer, you will improve operational efficiency across mining and processing facilities. The work combines industrial engineering methodologies, data interpretation, feasibility studies, and business case development. You will also support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while guiding implementation across operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify optimization opportunities through workflow analysis
Develop feasibility studies and operational improvement business cases
Implement solutions that reduce costs and improve safety
Ensure improvements meet regulatory and environmental standards
Coach personnel on continuous improvement techniques
Requirements:
Six years' industrial engineering experience minimum
Strong operations excellence and process improvement background
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Ability to work hybrid and travel to mine sites
Use Six Sigma, process modeling, and change management expertise to deliver safer, more efficient mining and processing operations.
