Project Controls Lead Mining

Lead cost control, scheduling, change management, and reporting for Cementation’s NexGen Rook I project in Saskatchewan on a 14/14 rotation.
As Project Controls Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership across the project controls team. You will coordinate integrated cost, schedule, change, progress, and performance management activities. The role supports accurate reporting, clear shift handovers, and decision-ready information for project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply the Project Controls Management Plan across project activities
Lead cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and trend management
Review reports, forecasts, and analyses for accuracy
Coordinate change registers, early warnings, and potential claims
Coach project controls personnel and coordinate shift coverage
Requirements:
Minimum five years of project controls experience
Large construction or mining project experience
Experience supervising or coordinating project controls personnel
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Canadian citizenship or authorization to work in Canada
Bring integrated project controls leadership, analytical reporting, and shift coordination to Cementation’s underground construction project.
