Explore and advance an enterprise TMA solution
Identify operating-model gaps and streamline processes
Reduce end-to-end cycle times and operating costs
Build recommendations and business cases for senior leadership
Track benefits realization, milestones, RAID items, and KPIs
Requirements:
Seven-plus years of senior business project or program management
Collections, recoveries, or operations transformation experience
Complex initiative leadership across business and technology teams
Automation and process optimization experience
Ability to connect delivery with measurable financial outcomes
Use collections strategy, process improvement, and executive communication skills to advance measurable operational transformation across the enterprise.
