As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will own revenue targets, forecasts, reporting, and sales compensation. You will lead Revenue Operations and an FP&A analyst while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance. This expanded leadership role connects revenue data with decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Set bookings, ARR, and revenue targets with cross-functional partners
Lead company-wide revenue forecast cycles and scenario analysis
Build models linking pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion
Deliver executive dashboards and standardized revenue reporting
Lead Revenue Operations and FP&A team development
Requirements:

8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance
3+ years leading people
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience
Experience with commission tools such as CaptivateIQ or Xactly
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Bring revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership to Benevity’s connected FP&A and Revenue Operations team.
