Healthcare Strategy Lead Calgary

Lead healthcare strategy at NanoTess in Calgary, using structured problem-solving and commercial analysis in a full-time, in-person setting.
As Strategy Lead, you will work with Founders and the Strategy team on complex business questions. You will assess market access, commercialization, finance, product, clinical research, and operations topics. The work turns evidence into recommendations, focused projects, and measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Turn ambiguous challenges into actionable plans and recommendations
Assess priorities using impact, revenue, cost, risk, and capacity
Map reimbursement, coverage, procurement, and adoption pathways
Build market, product, and partnership business cases
Lead projects through implementation with milestones and measures
Requirements:
Experience solving complex business problems through implementation
Previous management consulting experience preferred
Strong analytical and commercial judgment
Clear communication across founders, clinicians, partners, and teams
Authorization to work in Canada and Calgary headquarters availability
