Director Finance Infrastructure Funds
Brookfield
Lead infrastructure finance oversight at Brookfield Place, reviewing US GAAP and IFRS reporting while coordinating complex fund operations.
As Director, Finance, you will support Brookfield Infrastructure Finance and Operations, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance. The role covers investor reporting, valuations, capital activity, accounting packages, and fund liquidity. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while overseeing service-provider information and coaching team members. Brookfield’s infrastructure portfolio spans transport, utilities, energy, and data assets across global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review quarterly investor reporting under US GAAP and IFRS
Present quarterly results to senior management
Review fund valuations, PCAPs, and commitment schedules
Manage capital calls and investor distributions
Improve reporting processes and coach team members
Requirements:
University degree and CPA or CA designation
At least seven years of progressive finance experience
Private funds and investment management experience preferred
Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Apply finance leadership, fund accounting expertise, and reporting judgment across Brookfield Infrastructure’s complex global investment platform.
