Business Process Improvement Engineer

Drive process improvement at Livingston through Lean Six Sigma expertise, statistical analysis, and project management within international trade operations.
The Business Process Engineer manages organizational and process improvement projects across Livingston’s brokerage environment. You will review processes, risks, and systems while applying process mapping, business requirements, use cases, and User Acceptance Testing. The work supports process engineering, technology integration, stakeholder communication, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee process creation, mapping, documentation, and technology integration designs
Manage business requirements, use cases, and User Acceptance Testing cases
Direct requirements gathering with multidisciplinary teams
Manage project scopes, timelines, risks, implementation, and stakeholder communications
Lead Lean Six Sigma root cause and statistical analysis projects
Requirements:
Eight years of progressive experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, CAR, FMEA, and DMAIC methods
Strong project management, analytical, and statistical analysis skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software
