High-End Retail Construction Manager

Manage high-end retail buildouts with Axxys Construction, applying construction leadership, contract management, and quality control across Canada and the USA.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee retail construction projects while coordinating clients, architects, consultants, contractors, trades, and internal teams. Your work covers planning, estimating, scheduling, project administration, cost controls, and contract management. Safety and workforce management remain central to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify project elements requiring stakeholder attention
Select site superintendents with project managers
Make construction plans available to subcontractors
Coordinate meetings before important project steps
Track client billings and legitimate additional work
Requirements:
Solid experience managing high-end retail construction projects
Ten years of relevant project management experience
Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work in offices and construction fields
Certifications required for Canadian and USA job-site visits
Use retail construction expertise, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and safety leadership to deliver Axxys Construction projects.
