PROFIL
The Vice-President IT (Software Development) will be responsible for leading the modernization of a software product toward a cloud-based web architecture, with AI at the core of the development cycle.
MORE PRECISELY
Define the technology roadmap and the platform architecture
Lead the rewrite of the software toward a modern web architecture
Integrate AI into the product and development (agents, large language models)
Implement CI/CD practices (continuous integration and deployment)
Ensure application security in preparation for an ISO 27001 certification
Sit on the executive committee and manage the IT budget
Manage a team of approximately 8 people in development and IT infrastructure
Work in an environment based on React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java and the cloud
PROFILE
15+ years of professional experience in IT, including 5+ years in leadership
Experience leading a large-scale software transformation
Mastery of React and TypeScript, with the ability to dive into the code
Expertise in generative AI applied to software development
Experience in application security or in a strict cybersecurity context
Good knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps practices
Business vision and strategic thinking
People-oriented, unifying and ego-free leadership
Experience in an SME (strong asset)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Bilingualism required (French and English)
