Lead mechanical engineering and Calgary market growth for Polar Engineering through a hybrid, flexible Senior Team Lead position.
As Calgary office lead, you will build a team while owning technical delivery, clients, projects, and business growth. The player-coach role covers HVAC, energy recovery, boilers, and building mechanical systems. You will lead projects from site visit through commissioning, stamp drawings as Engineer of Record, and manage resources, hiring, and team development.

Lead Polar Engineering’s new Calgary office
Build and grow the Calgary engineering team
Stamp drawings as Engineer of Record
Lead HVAC projects through commissioning
Grow the Alberta book of work
Requirements:

Alberta P.Eng. designation
Senior energy recovery and HVAC experience
Experience with boilers and building mechanical systems
Track record leading people and projects
Strong client communication and team-building skills
Bring technical leadership, client development, and HVAC expertise to Polar Engineering’s Calgary office launch and Alberta growth.
