Ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity across departments
Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and cost strategies
Set unit and gross profit targets with Sales leadership
Improve Customer Satisfaction Index performance and resolve escalations
Foster accountability and high morale through manager development
Requirements
Five-plus years of automotive management experience preferred
Success improving profitability and underperforming departments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems
